Program Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and participants may need to cancel their registration for our programs. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Participant Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date will receive a full refund of any applicable program fees
  • Cancellations made between 7-13 days before the program start date will receive a 50% refund of any applicable program fees
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date are non-refundable
  • Exceptions may be made for emergency situations at our discretion

Program Cancellations by Inland Fatherhood Initiative

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to low enrollment, instructor illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

  • Participants will be notified as soon as possible
  • Full refunds will be issued for any applicable program fees
  • Alternatively, participants may choose to apply their registration to a future program

Class Attendance

If you miss a class session:

  • We cannot offer refunds for missed sessions
  • We will make reasonable efforts to help you make up missed content
  • In some programs, a minimum attendance requirement must be met to receive a certificate of completion
